Dear Comrades, Supporters, Warriors Against Injustice,
In
April of 2018 it will be 25 years ago that in Lucasville, Ohio, a
deadly and prolonged prison riot broke out, killing 10, and in the
aftermath, during unjust court cases, falsely accused, punished by using
snitch testimony against them, 5 men were wrongfully given the death
penalty, and 4 others received life sentences, and others also long
sentences.
I support the quest for justice by all those involved, in particular Greg Curry, who received a life sentence.
Greg and others have been locked up - for 20 years in
the Supermax Prison now, a total of 25 years since they were accused
of being in the Prison Riot at Lucasville, (which started on April
11th 1993).
The prison
disturbance lasted for 11 days and cost 10 men their lives.
The
men who were indicted after the disturbance, even though they had not
murdered anyone, who are in the Ohio State Penitentiary (or supermax)
have recently won the Right to do Interviews in person, so that the
harsh conditions and at times brutal treatment they have had to
undergo before the riot and ever since, while not being allowed to
speak with journalists, can now be exposed, and this includes
speaking about what lead to such an infamous & deadly Prison
Riot.
Those still at the Ohio State Penitentiary are:
- Greg Curry (#213-159)
- Siddique Hasan (Carlos Sanders #130-559)
- Keith Lamar (Bomani Shakur) (#317-117)
- Jason Robb (#308-919)

Here a win by the

Youngstown about the harsh conditions of solitary confinement (2002):
Soon a Fundraiser will be
organized to help Greg Curry with his legal funds, so that he too can
one day have his case heard in court!
Thank you for any interest.

Curry and others,
